Mesh Model

1. Mesh Model

Select target mesh model.

2

Simplification

2. Simplification

Simplify mesh models by reducing the number of polygons.
User can define simplification rate by assuming that the current mesh model is 100.
FYI, the recommended absolute number of polygons for working mesh model is 100,000 to 200,000. (range of simplification rate : 0~95)

3

Smooth

Smoothen the angular area of the mesh model.
  • Caution: Please be aware that repeated Smooth functions will lead to distortion of the original mesh model.

4

Subdivide

  Increase the number of polygons.

5

Remesh

Transform polygons of mesh model uniformly.
  • Caution:  Do not run on a thick mesh model as the mesh of the thick surface may deform.

6

Clean Mesh

Remove unnecessary small meshes.
Primarily removes debris from the scanned mesh.

7

Smooth Brush

7. Smooth Brush

Click the Smooth Brush button to select the smooth area.

Selection SIze : Adjust the size of the mouse selection point.
Smooth Strength : Specifies the smoothness intensity, and the higher the value is set, the greater the smoothness deformation.

Select mesh area by coloring with the left mouse button and unselect mesh area with the left mouse button keeping the Ctrl key.
Click the Smooth Run button to run smooth.

8

Flatten Brush

8. Flatten Brush
Deform the ragged shape of the sole into a flat surface.

9

Fill Hole

9. Fill Hole
Fill the surface of the mesh model with holes or openings.

10

Reset

Return mesh model to pre-operation state.
