Inflate


Inflate the area of the closed curve created by the draw curve function by the specified distance.
The selected areas are expanded for the purpose of relief of the compression and maintain of fitting clearance.
 
Users can design orthosis after applying Inflate. Inflate function creates on copy model of original.

Mesh Model

Select the target mesh model
Create Inflated model in the selected model.

Select Face Offset/Reset

2. Select Face Offset/Reset 
 
Select target face(s) or reset selection(s).
The selected area turns green.
 
Select Face (Offset): Select the faces to inflate.
Select Face (Unselect): Select the faces to cancel from the selected faces.
 
Reset:  Cancels the select face execution.
To run it again, you have to run the select face again.

 Define the distance to inflate.

Romove Curves Option

When creating a inflate model, not including curves, check the Remove Curves option.

Run

 Create a new mesh model with inflated the selected faces.
The curve information of the original model is copied to the inflated model.
It is recommended that you delete any curves created for inflating that are not used by the trim function from the inflated model.
 
The inflated mesh model is created by adding subscripts such as _M0, _M1, etc. to the selected model name and displayed in the project tree.
